After the accident vehicle is towed away, people can only be transported to a nearby town for temporary accommodation, and cannot return to the reserved location. Additionally, to pick up the car, customers must return to the airport to find a model that meets their requirements.

Overall pretty good. I booked a Yaris Cross Hybrid and got the same model. The mileage was around 10,000 km, and the car was in good condition. When picking up the car, the staff was in the store. The contract clearly marked any existing scratches on the vehicle, so if you find scratches not listed in the contract during your inspection, you can just take photos with your phone (as phone photos have timestamps to serve as evidence). Returning the car was also fast—you simply park the car and hand over the keys. During the pickup process, the staff only asked once if I needed insurance, and they didn’t try to push it further when I declined. One thing to note is that the staff will confirm your email and phone number with you. If you booked through QEEQ, the email and phone provided will belong to QEEQ, but don't worry—any issues will be communicated through the platform.

The store is quite far from the airport, and the shuttle vehicle is not clearly marked. I waited for an hour at the airport entrance before finding it. Additionally, there is no store phone number, making it impossible to contact the store after departure to confirm the location!

It took several attempts to get through on the phone, the location was hard to find, and they charged me 750 NOK for being 7 minutes late. The fuel tank wasn't filled up completely. Returning the car was relatively smooth, but the vehicle didn't have an autopass device, so I'm not sure if that will cause any issues.

The service was quite good. Avis and Budget share the same counter, and the queue was shorter compared to Sixt and Hertz. There were no extra upsells for additional insurance. I booked a Toyota Yaris but received a Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid with all-wheel drive. An Autopass was included, which worked for highways and ferries in Norway. At the end, highway fees were deducted from the card. When returning the car, gasoline cars need a full tank, and electric cars require at least 70% charge. Our RAV4 hybrid had no charge when we picked it up, so we just drove it as a gasoline car.

When we arrived in Bergen to pick up the car on June 7th, we had already paid for the entire rental cost beforehand. Upon arriving at the rental office, they claimed we hadn't paid. Being abroad, it was very inconvenient to contact the rental company, not to mention the expensive phone charges. This delay cost us over two hours, and we had to pay extra for the rental. Such a mistake by the rental company caused significant issues for our team. After our trip, we requested a refund for the extra charges, but they required numerous documents. It took a month to finally get our refund. In the future, we won't use such intermediary platforms for international rentals. There are plenty of rental companies at the destination, and renting directly won’t have any issues.

On June 7th, when we went to pick up the car in Bergen, we had already paid for the entire rental before our trip. However, when we arrived at the rental office, they claimed we hadn't paid. Being abroad, it was inconvenient and expensive to contact Zuzuche, leading to over two hours of delay. We ended up paying the rental fee again. This mistake by Zuzuche caused significant disruption to our team. After our trip, when we requested a refund for the overcharged rental fee, we had to provide various documents and only received the refund a month later. In the future, we won't use intermediary platforms like Zuzuche for overseas rentals. Many rental companies are available at the destination, and renting directly will avoid such issues.
