The supplementary services were disappointing. The store did not provide a restroom for customers, and we were not given the car we had reserved. Instead, we received a very old Buick with a broken and heavily worn interior. When we returned the car, we had already refueled it at a gas station 2 kilometers away. However, we were not reminded about the fuel level at the time of return. After completing all the procedures, we were informed that the fuel tank was not completely full and were issued a fine of over 30 dollars. It's frustrating because we only drove 2 kilometers, and the missing fuel was negligible. The staff could have kindly reminded us before the return process was finalized, but due to the language barrier, they didn’t warn us, waiting instead until everything was settled to impose the fine.
