They force you to drop off the car in the La Palma aiport lot with nobody there to verify the drop off or condition of the car. Then they charge you the deposit claiming damage with no evidence. This has happened to many people according to online blogs and comments and they did the same to me.
Please stop using this rental company.
The only difficulty we encountered during the whole process was getting through the barrier of the airport car park. It caused us some consternation, but was soon fixed by the rental company. Otherwise it was fine with no hidden costs, which was the prime driver in my choice.
