The bumper damage was visible on pick Up, the emoloyee took photos of it and said it was in the database. But on drop off they said they did not see it in the system and wanted to charge us for damages. Luckily we had a video from pick up.

Though originally I wanted an Aygo to park it easier, they were so kind to upgrade me for free to Seat Arona. The car was perfect, very pleasant to drive, though actually I did not need that because parking easier was more important. Anyway, really positive experience, greatly recommend Budget Valencia Airport Office. Staff is great, they are pretty quick.

The service was very enthusiastic. They will recommend you to upgrade the vehicle and purchase full insurance, but it's entirely optional. Based on our group size, they changed to a relatively more spacious vehicle within the same category, very satisfied! Returning the car in another location is also very convenient, as there is a dedicated lane on the airport highway, and you can drive directly to the car return location. The pickup and return procedures are very simple. I highly recommend self-driving travel. Toll highways in Spain are more convenient than in our country; you can pay directly with a Visa card, which is very convenient.

Found counter staff not polite very forceful with the sale of extra insurance to the point of bullying which considering we had paid the for the full insurance with Easyrentcars this treatment was not really needed. Booked a Fiesta size car they tried to make us take a fiat 500 (for 4 adults with cases). Not a nice company would not use them again. Hint for anyone else using them take photos of all marks on the car when you pick it up record them telling you that this scratch does not matter its not deep enough etc.

Complete reservacion para recoger auto en aeropuerto de Valencia. Recibi llamada de QEEQ indicando que tenia que recoger auto en otra oficina de Enterprise fuera elo aeropuerto. Inconveniente pero fui a local indicado. Cuando llege me indicaron que auto estaba listo en aeropuerto. Tuve que tomar taxi adicional al aeropuerto sin necesidad.

Be sure not to buy the insurance recommended by the store. No matter what insurance you purchase on QEEQ, the store will claim you have no coverage. When you pick up the car, they'll tell you about possible scratches and then try to sell you full insurance, scaring you with potential charges up to 6000 euros. The full insurance costs around 20 euros per day, which is more expensive than the car rental. After buying the store's full insurance, they didn't even check the car when returning it. They just took the keys and let me go. I don't know if they would check more thoroughly and cause trouble if I didn't buy the insurance. This time I was misled and bought extra insurance. Next time I'll just buy full insurance on QEEQ, which is much cheaper.

Very satisfied. Arrived 2 hours early, the MG car wasn't available, didn't want to wait, so paid extra to switch to a Steyr (this model is not listed on QEEQ). The car was in good condition. There were a few scratches when picking it up, but I just took some photos and didn't inspect it closely. I was a bit worried about problems when returning the car, but fortunately, the staff confirmed the damages were old, and they accepted the return smoothly. EUROPCAR is still pretty good.

The car was a disgrace. Dented both front and back and all down one side. Large paint scrapes front and rear wings. Parked in a corner which made it very difficult to leave car park. Gold car rep totally unhelpful just kept saying it's all on record sheet, so took a number of photos for my records when i returned the car.

No location to arrange pick up. After tracking down a phone number we found out it had been changed a couple of months ago. On arrival at the company we had to wait over an hour to get the vehicle as only one person was serving despite about 6 on site. The car was bumped, scratched and dirty outside.

We originally booked a Citroën C4, but at pickup, we were upgraded to a Peugeot 5008 with extra space, which can be converted to seven seats! We purchased full cover insurance and paid an additional 169 euros. The car was almost new and very easy to drive. We returned the car at night when the counter was closed. We filled the tank, parked in the ATESEA parking space, left the rental documents in the car, and dropped the key in a box—everything was fine. The next day, the 150 euro deposit was refunded to my credit card.
