Easy to locate at Geneva Airport. The car provided was a different brand but very new and had no issues driving. Highway tolls are already included, highly recommended! Make sure to bring a USB cable.

The car rental company is pretty good and efficient. Both QEEQ and Alamo provided excellent service. However, the car we received for this trip had issues. The Renault Clio's radio suddenly turned its volume to the maximum while driving on the highway, which was incredibly loud and dangerous, and we couldn't adjust it. After several minutes, the issue disappeared when we slowed down, but we didn't dare to use the car's system for the rest of the journey.

Perhaps because I purchased full insurance from the car rental company, there was no upselling throughout. However, there was an upgrade during pick-up due to a lack of vehicles, and during drop-off, there was only one staff member, so it was quite slow.

The front desk staff was quite patient. Despite our limited English skills, the three of us communicated together and he answered all of our questions. During the process, he suggested we upgrade the car, concerned our luggage might not fit, but we declined. It turned out to be a bit cramped, but overall the experience was good.

4WD booked was a 2WD in the parking lot, eventhough at key collection it was (re)confirmned to be a 4WD. Enterprise did give a discount afterwards, but would have preferred to be a as booked. The tone of voice was friendly and helpfull.

They didn't have any snow chains and we were going into the mountains so they upgraded us to a Cadillac Escalade. The car is everything that's wrong with humanity but it was a nice gesture. My only gripe was that when I dislocated my shoulder skiing and we had to put another driver on for the journey back they tried to charge us for an extra driver for the whole week.

The counter for pick up at geneva was excellent. I tried to add and additional driver but was told that such a driver was to be present. Since my son was flying into Amsterdam the next day I was told that he could go to any Dollar or Hertz counter and ask them to update the record. When my son arrived in Amsterdam he tried to have Hertz update the record, Hertz called Geneva and the geneva supervisor refused to update the record. I eventually talked to the agent who had given me the info and she updated the record. Cudo's for Ms KAOUTHAR. Excellent service provider.

Dislike: Car was provided by Hertz - at a much lower price than I could book it as a Hertz Gold Customer with a discount - same car same people!
