Excellent service! The staff member was incredibly kind and had a great attitude. She spoke English fluently throughout the entire process and was very polite while guiding us. Additionally, she didn't charge me for the highway sticker.

Pathetic on the pick up location painful experience and trauma is inexplicable Travelled by 3 busses first and spent 8-10£ and then had to take 2 more busses and walk 2-3 kms to get to the car

Like: Car was great - lots of cool features in a little car
Dislike: Asked for pickup at noon but when i got to the office slightly after 12, i found the office closed until 1:30. Please put the location office hours on the confirmation. There was only one computer working when we got to the office at 1:30 so it ended up taking over 45 minutes to complete paperwork.
