Europcar is very helpful. I changed my drop off location from the initial goreme location to the airport. Also, even at the airport, I dropped the car at the parking lot just outside departure gates and kept the key at the Car pick up area of Europcar in the departure. They were accomodative, friendly and went extra mile in fulfilling a smooth drop off. Very nice guys

There are many negative comments about carwiz on Google. Mostly it is claimed that they do not refund the deposit. I am currently experiencing a similar situation. They said they will refund the deposit after 15 days, but they do not take into account the messages I sent about this and do not respond.

Due to the cancellation of my order, when I tried to rebook later at around 10 PM, the unprofessional communication of the rental company's customer service caused the store to be unwilling to talk to the customer service at all. I rented for a total of 3 days, because I chose a return time that was half an hour later than intended on the app, the app showed I rented for 4 days and I paid for 4 days. But when I arrived at the store, the order was only for 3 days. The store explained that they allow a 1-hour buffer, so if you rent for 3 days and 1 hour, they only charge for 3 days. In reality, I paid for 4 days on the app. I then communicated this with the rental company's customer service and canceled the first order, being told that the deposit would be refunded within 3 to 5 days. It has been more than half a month now, and I have not yet received the refund. I had to rebook, causing the store's customer service to become impatient.

The service was mediocre, with language barrier being the first issue, followed by confusing insurance policies, and lastly, returning the car was extremely inconvenient. The rental company claims to offer full coverage, but scratches below 3500 RMB are not covered by their insurance, which means we have to pay for it ourselves. This insurance setup is really misleading! The Turkish car rental company also refused to take responsibility. I had already paid for full insurance through the rental platform in China, which turned out to be useless. They advised us not to buy insurance from local car rental companies in Turkey, but neither party took responsibility. If there's any incident, the Turkish car rental company only provides basic insurance. If there were scratches, they would immediately charge my credit card 3500 lira instead of freezing the estimated amount and waiting for the official repair assessment before charging the actual expense. Additionally, for car pickup, the staff picks you up at the airport and then takes you to their office, which is a tedious process taking about an hour! As for returning the car, they said they would send an SMS with the location, but as the return time approached, no one called or messaged. They later explained that their office phone's SIM card broke two days ago. It was really terrible. Time to drop delayed because the SAW office did not send me exact address ahead of time and nobody called/contacted my number which I left on the day I rented the car. After I called again and again both AutoUnion customer number and SAW office number, I was mad about what was going on there. Later the office staff explained their office number SIM card was broken 2 days ago and not working anymore but they did not inform me earlier. The second issue is about evaluating the damage to the car during my use for the past 7 days. Typically, the office charges a deposit fee to the credit card and after a thorough and professional evaluation for the repair within 2 months, then they charge me officially. But the office charged me today an extra TL 3500 besides the deposit of TL4500 on 9/26 for the damages/scratches to the doors within just 15 minutes. I suggest they handle this in a more proper manner. How can I know if the charge from the SAW office is correct? What if they charge more than the repair expenses? It’s unreasonable to do so.

1. They push customers to buy insurance. 2. Contracts are signed before the vehicle inspection. 3. Charges are directly deducted instead of holding a pre-authorization. 4. The deducted amount exceeds the pre-authorized amount, and the extra portion is not included in the contract. 5. After an accident, if you didn’t purchase their insurance, they deduct money directly from the credit card without prior notification. 6. They do not evaluate the accident but directly provide a quotation.

When we arrived at the car rental shop, the staff told us that we only had basic insurance and asked us to purchase additional coverage. We had already bought super insurance, so we contacted the Zuzuche platform. After several phone calls back and forth, we finally figured out that the additional insurance we purchased was provided by a domestic company and had no relation to the rental company. Zuzuche didn’t emphasize this upfront, so we were unaware, which caused an hour of hassle. Then there was the issue with the credit card guarantee. We provided a Bank of China VISA chip card that fully met Zuzuche's requirements, but it couldn’t be used for the security deposit. This issue couldn’t be solved, and we couldn’t pick up the car. The rental company demanded €100 for premium insurance and an additional €180 deposit before allowing us to proceed. We arrived at the airport at 10 AM but didn’t get the car until 1:30 PM. On the positive side, Zuzuche refunded us ¥562 for the super insurance. Additionally, the €180 deposit has not yet been returned, though they mentioned it could take up to a month, so it’s still within the timeframe.

A terrible car rental experience. Absolutely avoid this company. They provided a car with numerous scratches, clearly intentional, and it's uncertain how many people have been scammed this way. The prior damages might have been caused by accidental bumps, but the condition of the car is almost identical to how it was before renting. They deducted the entire deposit and the car came with almost no fuel—just enough to drive a few kilometers, forcing you to refuel immediately. When returning the car, it's impossible to return it with no fuel since you'd risk breaking down on the way. This allows them to profit from the leftover fuel you return with.

Ford fiesta görünen araç yerine renault clio verdiler. Bunda sorun yok muadili sonuçta. Ancak araç pisti. Daha doğrusu koltuklar lekeli ve sigara yanığı ile doluydu. Teslim alma ve bırakma süresi 5-10 dk arasında. Manuel araç yerine daha iyisi olan otomatik araç verdiler. Ancak HGS geçiş ücretini normalin 2 katı kestiler. Bunun gerekçesi de her 20 tl için hgs den 4 tl alınmasıymış. Öyle olsa bile yine 2 katı etmiyor.

The car was very nice and clear. It was a really good experience to enjoy the trip this way in Turkey. We just encountered a little difficulty in returning the car. Since there is an earthquake happened days before our trip, it affects the safety of the building of the shop. But we didn't get any notifications from Enterprise. We only notice that when we arrive at the shop and help by the shopkeeper next door. It would be better if Enterprise could send the map/direction info before head. thanks!

Absolutely do not rent from this company. They lure you with low prices and then scam you with the deposit. The basic insurance they offer has a deductible, and at the store, they push their own insurance. I declined and paid a deposit of 900 euros. They said this would cover any accidents or traffic violations. When I returned the car, there was a minor scratch on the front right side, but they charged the entire deposit. Despite multiple communications with Zuzuche, there was no resolution, and there was no proof of damage assessment or repair. This company is a fraud.

Overall service of the car rental company is good, but the service for customers with language barriers needs improvement. It would be helpful if the store provides a diagram to indicate the pick-up location. When customers have no internet access, the store should allow them to use its network for mobile translation.

We reserved an “intermediate” size car online. The guys at the counter at Sabina Gokcen Airport in Istanbul had a good attitude. They offered to provide a diesel car instead of gas, to save on fuel. We agreed. Separately, we asked if we could extend our rental from 3 days to 4 days. Green Motion COULD NOT EXTEND OUR RENTAL FOR ONE MORE DAY which seems like a no-brainer that other rental companies do all the time. They said we’d have to return the car and re-rent it if we wanted to extend the rental. We will not spend the extra time to do this. I will look for a car from a different company in the future for this problem alone. When we got to the lot, they personnel at the lot lined us up with a diesel car that was a “compact” size. We had to insist that they give us the class of car we reserved. We showed them our paperwork from the desk, they complied and gave us an intermediate sized car. Please don’t make me have to stand up for myself again. Green motion seems sleazy if they fail to provide what I reserved. All other details of the car rental we’re fine.

We booked a baby seat, and they confirmed it at the desk, but when arrives found the car without and they said they run out of it. When we insisted on having one because we have 5 month baby, they managed to get one. It took very long time for drop off, no one was there and we had to wait for the shuttle driver to drop off the car.

I'm about to have surgery in a couple of days, otherwise I would definitely write about this terrible car rental experience. Even though it's clearly stated in the contract that the young driver fee is included, they still made me pay it at the store. Fine, I paid it, but the attitude when returning the car was horrible. The rental company's staff refused to answer the phone in front of me, pretending not to hear, and then made me pay additional charges. They said they were in a hurry to go home and urged me to be quick. The agreed time was 9 AM, but I arrived at 6 AM and was still rushed. They found all sorts of excuses to charge me more, including road tolls and extension fees, along with the young driver fee again. I showed them proof of toll payments, but they crumpled the receipts and threw them in the trash. I had to retrieve them from the trash myself. They didn't even use a pre-authorization; they directly charged my card. This was the worst car rental experience of my life. Please, Rental Platform, be more cautious in choosing your partners. Don't let such rental companies tarnish your reputation.

Like: The car was literally brand new having 13 Kilometers. Car was not clean due to rain while being stored but one of the staff gladly washed it for me.
Dislike: Not a big issue but Garinta’s car pickup and delivery is off site, a very nice shuttle van takes you once you finish the paperwork to pick up your car. You need to tag the location on Google so that you find it easily upon returning the car.

There are no fixed pick-up and drop-off points. Initially, the number given by the company was invalid. Both picking up and returning the car took over an hour. When calling to return the car, the person on the other end said 'no English'. Am I expected to communicate in Turkish? If so, please indicate 'customers must speak Turkish' in the notes next time. Regarding the car, we booked a Corolla but received a Renault, which is not what we ordered. Additionally, the gas tank was nearly empty when delivered. They said we should return it with the same amount of fuel, but how can one guarantee to use it all up exactly? This seems unfair. Overall, it was a very poor rental experience.

The car rental process was very convenient. They didn't even check the driver's license notarization and let me pick up the car. I asked if the car was equipped with an e-toll ticket, and they confirmed it was. However, I found the toll charges to be quite high while driving. When returning the car, the rental company assured me it was fine, which made me feel at ease. But the deposit paid via credit card took a long time to unfreeze, and I'm not sure how long it will take.
