A very good company, highly recommended. Had a flat tire and Hertz assessed the situation and replaced all four tires, even though the tires were still usable. The car was practically new with only 58,000 kilometers on it. This level of service is impossible with domestic rental companies.

The service was very good, but it is not located inside the airport, so you need to call them. The car was new, a latest model, with only over 3,200 kilometers on the odometer when I picked it up. During the 16 days, I drove 3,000km. The car was in great condition, handled various road conditions with ease, and had decent acceleration.

Both pickup and drop-off were at the airport, which was generally quite convenient. The car itself was in great condition, but the only downside was the overwhelming number of mosquitoes inside the car at the time of handover. There were at least 30 to 40 mosquitoes in the vehicle. Since the handover took place at the airport, the car hadn't been parked for long. When I first got the car, I had to both familiarize myself with its condition and frantically deal with the mosquitoes, which was actually quite dangerous. I'm not sure why there were so many mosquitoes. Even after using mosquito repellent spray, it didn't help. I had to stop several times during the trip to try and get rid of them, but I couldn't. It felt like I was surrounded by a swarm of mosquitoes. I suggest the rental company address this issue before handing over the car.

Very satisfied. As it was a last-minute booking, I asked if I could pick up the car two hours earlier. The store was very responsible and arranged for a dedicated staff member to deliver the car to the airport. When returning the car, a staff member also came to collect it. The car has a rearview camera, and the front windshield is equipped with sun protection film. Overall, very satisfied.
