I rented a Honda City but was given a Toyota Yaris Ativ. The trunk space should be similar to the City. Surprisingly, there was no phone holder in the car, which was very inconvenient. The car's performance was mediocre—going up to a mountain lodge in Suthep, even with the air conditioning on, I almost had to floor the accelerator. It was slightly better with the air conditioning off. The vehicle had many scratches, but fortunately, they were all documented in advance, so there were no disputes.

The mini program is terrible. The Yesaway WeChat mini program couldn't add my trip, and I had to contact them using the old-fashioned email method. Many Thai people in Chiang Mai speak Chinese, which is an advantage. However, the car was really bad—no rearview camera, no smart console, and the engine was very noisy.

The vehicle was not in good condition, it had been in a collision before and had some damage. The mileage was also quite high. During the rental period, the car key suddenly stopped working, and after a lot of troubleshooting, it was discovered that the key battery was dead. Upon contacting the rental company Hertz, customers were asked to purchase and replace the battery themselves, which doesn't seem very reasonable. Overall, not very satisfied.

The car was in good condition and performs really well. Especially going on steep uphill roads. The Hybrid gave us lots of savings on fuel. That itself felt like an upgrade although it did come with some light scratches on the paintwork. Additional driver was added free of charge. Customer service is very friendly and always have a smile.

Points of dissatisfaction are as follows: 1. When the car was involved in an accident, no one was sent immediately to handle it. After multiple requests, someone was finally sent a few days later. Upon returning to my country, my deposit was withheld because they claimed there were manual fees for the incident, which were not included in the insurance. This potential cost was never mentioned when picking up the car. 2. The fuel tank was not full when picking up the car. I had to pay for parking myself. Additionally, there was a small hole in the backseat window tint, which was impossible to notice when picking up the car at night, only discovered during the day when someone sat in the back. Again, a deposit was withheld. 3. They required me to return the car one hour before my booked time. I originally planned to arrive at the airport at 4:30 am, but they insisted I arrive at 3:30 am to inspect the car. However, upon my arrival at the agreed time, no one was there! I was told to leave the car keys in the glove compartment and return the car online! This wasted an hour of my sleep time!

Dissatisfied with QEEQ's service attitude. Since the pick-up time might be delayed by half an hour compared to the scheduled time, I asked QEEQ to notify the car rental company and explain that it would not require changing the rental time on the contract. However, QEEQ refused multiple times.
