10 "Excellent"The service at this car rental was quite good, but unfortunately, I originally booked a Fiat 500 and ended up with a Fiat Panda. When I asked the staff, they mentioned they rarely have the Fiat 500 model available.

They explained that either 900 euros would be blocked on the card as a deposit or I could pay around 80 euros for full coverage. I mentioned I had third-party insurance and opted for the deposit; the staff member agreed without hesitation.
