  10 - "Pros: The service for this booking was quite good. The young lady was very helpful and assisted with the car pickup after completing the paperwork. Cons: The store lacks clear signage, and the pickup instructions were too vague. The store is on the second floor of the airport without any AddCar logo, only Autounion. It's not easy to identify. For this booking, I was able to rent a car on the 15th using a translated license from QEEQ, but on the 21st, I was denied and told I needed an international driving permit. After the staff consulted the boss, the boss admitted they had made a mistake!!! Even if they made a mistake, why could I still use the same license to book a car through the platform, and why did the rental company confirm it? This is an issue with communication between the platform and the car rental company."

Since our flight was delayed, we contacted them in advance, and they waited for us until 11 PM. The paperwork was completed very quickly. If you upgrade to comprehensive insurance from the rental company, it costs €12/day. However, since we already purchased the full coverage from QEEQ, we informed the staff, and they acknowledged it without any fuss. Due to the cold weather in Poland, the car exterior was frosted. After noticing us using the car's heater to defrost the windshield, the staff—who had already clocked out—came back to scrape off the ice for us. Truly impressive. The staff responsible for the checkout was very efficient and completed the process in just two minutes."

They’ll then hold your entire deposit (€780.49), claiming the repair costs exceed the deposit amount, even for something as minor as a small scratch. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere! QEEQ - Ban this supplier! They are making you look bad!"

Their staff acts like they're doing you a favour by renting you the car. Fortunately, I documented the car’s condition with a video upon pickup. This turned out to be crucial, as I was later quoted an absurd £1,600 for the same damages that were already present at the time of pick up. The worst experience whatsoever."

Later, we inquired about the daily cost of the no-deductible insurance, and after a while, they said the reserved model was unavailable. Instead, they provided us with a brand-new Toyota SUV that had only been driven 24km, upgraded for free. Pretty good service overall."

Despite us having already purchased full insurance, they insisted on aggressively promoting their own insurance. When returning the car, the parking location and the drop-off lock location were far apart and hard to find. We even specifically asked the male staff member at the counter if he wanted to inspect the returned vehicle. He said no and didn't check the documents related to the car we received. The next day, they sent photos of the car after washing, claiming there were two areas of damage. We felt like we were unjustly blamed for damages."

However, the delay and inconvenience affected my overall experience."
