I had a voucher that clearly stated: an automatic, compact car, like a Ford Focus, hybrid, and included SUPER CDW insurance.
The staff insisted they didn’t have a hybrid car, and in addition, they gave me a smaller car.
Later on, I discovered I had been given a car from the economy group.
They also claimed I didn’t have SUPER CDW insurance, which I specifically booked in order to cancel the excess completely.
The representative called the manager, who also insisted that this was what appeared in their system.
He, too, insisted that they had no hybrid vehicles, and he also failed to inform me that I was being downgraded to a smaller car.
Terrible service from an untrustworthy team.
