カウンターのスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切です。その場でドライバーの追加をお願いしましたが、説明も丁寧にしてくれ、何の不安もなくスムーズに手続きができました。スタッフも２人いるので待たされることもありませんでした。手続きを待っている間にペットボトルのお水をくれたり、マップをくれたり、返却方法を解説したYoutubeのQRコードを読み込むようにすすめてくれたりと、大満足な対応でした。

The rental company is right inside the airport, very easy to find. The car was brand new with only 1011 miles on it, and it still had a temporary license plate. It was very comfortable to drive.

Terrible service: The store is 3km away from downtown Guam. I confirmed the pick-up time at the hotel in advance via WeChat, but the driver was 40 minutes late. When we arrived at the car rental office, the owner realized he forgot the office keys and other staff were not present either. It took over an hour to get the car because the owner also forgot to refuel it and had to go fill the tank. Returning the car: I arrived at the agreed return time, but no one was in the office. The owner said he was busy and made me wait for 3 hours before he showed up. The service was extremely poor.

Like: They replaced me with an upgraded car. The car was clean and the condition was satisfactory. The employees were also kind. It was delayed due to the typhoon, but extended without additional money and it was a pleasant experience.
Dislike: nothing!
