Overall, it was good. They delivered the car to our hotel when we called. However, during our trip, the tire pressure dropped, and the car became unusable. We called them, and they sent another car over. When returning the car, they tried to charge us a rescue fee, which we firmly refused. The staff member handling it was an Indian gentleman, and his English was not very fluent.

【Pickup】You can call the store, and they will send a car to pick you up. Upon arrival, you fill out a basic information form, provide your passport and driver's license. Once registration is complete, the staff will use a map to explain important details, attractions, and driving routes. They will then hand you the keys and show you the car. Take a video or pictures of the car to document its condition and avoid potential disputes later. Then you're ready to go. 【Drop-off】When you return to the store, the staff will check the car. If everything is fine, they will return your deposit and the process is complete. You can also ask the store to take you back to your hotel.

I always use Avis for business trips. The car pick-up is very quick, just two minutes. The staff mentioned any issues with the vehicle, explained the full-tank fuel policy, and went over the rental details briefly, then we were good to go. The car pick-up was really fast—highly recommended!

Like: Staff told me a much more convenient location to drop off the vehicle so I wouldn't have to return to the airport afterwards.
Dislike: Vehicle didn't match the picture- was not a crew cab.

The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. A particularly commendable aspect was that it started raining just when we were about to pick up the car, and the staff asked us to wait at the store entrance while they personally went to the open-air parking lot across the street to bring the car to us. The service was really considerate.

The rental place is right in front of Hyatt, making pickup and return extremely convenient. They provided a 2016 model Camaro with only 10,000 kilometers on it. The car was very new and in excellent condition. There was no hard selling, and although I had originally planned to pick up the car at 3:00 PM and return it at 5:00 PM, they did not charge any extra fees when I asked to change the pickup time to 5:00 PM.
