The car was new. The counter staff greeted well, and pickup and drop off was quick. During the 3rd day of the journey, the tyre burst, but Qeeq/Europcar swiftly responded to my call and dispatched roadside assistance and made sure everything, including the full refund was issued by the insurance timely. Best services and support. I will always use Qeeq in the future due to their cheapest price and wonderful support.

The service from Europcar at Basel airport was superb. We were a little concerned because we had been offer a higher spec- but automatic car, which took a bot of getting used to. Staff at Europcar showed how it should be driven which was helpful.

I wish they had a larger fleet of automatic vehicles. Since I only drive automatic cars, I was given a very small car, which was not what I originally booked. Although it was considered an upgrade, it was really disappointing to receive a mini car instead of the SUV I had reserved.
