The car rental company in Nice provides excellent service and operates very professionally. The contract is proactively sent to my email. They also take the initiative to introduce the condition of the vehicle and nearby gas stations. There is no push to sell insurance.

There was a minor issue during the return process—scratches under the car door that were missed during pick-up and not photographed. After some discussion, the return still went smoothly. The return service was relatively satisfactory, but the pickup service left much to be desired. An elderly lady during the pickup process was quite impatient. She became visibly annoyed when asked about the discrepancy between the vehicle model and the name of the bank collecting the payment versus the rental company listed on the order. Additionally, the 1000 EUR deposit was not reflected in the contract, which led to further inquiries from the customer, to which she responded with irritation. She even mentioned canceling the rental without the customer's consent and sarcastically asked if this was the customer's first time renting a car. Since the pickup occurred late and the customer was already fatigued from a long journey, the poor rental experience affected the mood of the trip. Greater caution will be exercised when selecting a vehicle model and rental company in the future.

The overall experience was very smooth. QEEQ customer service was always online and efficiently handled issues. Goldcar's service was excellent; although we arrived over two hours late, there were no problems at all. Returning the car was flexible, and self-service options were available. Highly recommend!

Counter staff processed my pickup at the counter as he should… but gave no directions as to how to find the car lot. Also, no one at hand to show how to use various controls- the seat adjustment had 2-3 different buttons to electronically adjust the seat height etc but I couldn’t find how to move the seat back. Only at car return was I shown- 1 of the buttons had 2 different functions.

The service from OK Mobility was quite good. We purchased insurance through the app, so they didn’t try to sell us additional insurance. The car we received was in excellent condition, and during the return process, we compared the photos we took ourselves. They didn’t even take any photos when we picked up the car.

It would have been helpful to have been shown the controls; the car interface has a lot of automatic functionality so mostly it was okay but there are also a lot of stalks on the steering column. I accidentally switched on the speed limiter once at a very low speed and it took me a few tries to work out the screen wash function. Other than that everything was perfect.

We waited over 2 hours to get to the counter, and the agents while thorough, seemed overwhelmed. Once we were helped, we were frustrated that the cost was much more than the original amount paid on the website. It was confusing and felt like a rip off.
