On the first day, after passing through an unavoidable muddy pothole, the car's mudguard fell off while driving. The company assisted with a replacement car without any hassle! Unfortunately, at the time of the replacement and when returning the car after a week-long trip, they did not inform me of any subsequent charges. Fortunately, the repair cost was just over 3,000 TWD, and the rental platform fully reimbursed me!

When we arrived at the store, they told us to go to Europcar, saying it was one company. They didn't have a pickup truck and then claimed there were no four-seaters, even though the website clearly stated there were four-seaters available. Eventually, they downgraded us to a Toyota Avanza wagon. Nothing was reliable, and their partner was quirky.

When I arrived at the rental company, I told the staff that I had already completed all procedures, including insurance, back in my home country. I didn’t need any additional services. The staff agreed and only asked me to sign the contract without providing me a copy. When I requested one, they said it wasn’t needed. However, upon returning the car, I realized I had been deceived into purchasing an additional insurance for 629.99 RMB. It’s infuriating to see such a large company engage in this kind of dishonesty.

Having taken the extended insurance i was not really expecting to need it but whilst driving fom PE to East London we were most unfortunate to have the driver side window shattered by a ston. The customer service staff were extremely helpful and a replacement car was waiting at EL Airport by the time I arrived.

The service is quite good. I rented a small car, but they gave me a larger one. The service was very enthusiastic. The car broke down on the last half day, and Budget drove two hours to deliver a new car. Highly commendable.

The car rental company inexplicably charged an extra 3000 Rand, which seemed like a deposit for returning the car with a full fuel tank. The staff could not clearly explain what the 3000 Rand fee was. First, they said it was for insurance, then they said it was some kind of deposit, but it was actually charged directly to the credit card instead of being held as a credit limit like usual. This fee was not listed on the order either. Thankfully, the customer service team of Zuzuche stepped in and took a long time to clarify this charge. Kudos to Zuzuche's customer service.

Very nice friendly and helpful staff at both pick up and drop off. The car had a lot of squeaks but probably more the fault of Toyota than Bidvest! Not major extra charges (speeding fines etc) at this point - hopefully that will remain the case. Would definitely use Bidvest again!

An excellent car rental company with meticulous attention to detail. The damage markings on the vehicle were clear at the time of rental, and they offer emergency assistance. We accidentally locked the keys inside the car, and the rental company arrived within an hour to help us unlock it. Their service was very friendly and attentive. It was a great overseas car rental experience. Five-star review!
