The car model was not as expected; I had already purchased full coverage insurance online for my Geely, yet the store added additional full coverage insurance. Even after thoroughly inspecting the car during pickup and return, a lot of time was wasted, and eventually, they deducted over 20 dollars. I still don't know why.

The car was a pretty pathetic vehicle which was so gutless it's not really very safe to drive on Qatari roads. The car absolutely reeked of carpet/fabric cleaner for many hours after pickup, it was nauseating. The seats were still stained, the staff member only caring about the appearance of the car on the outside. Dropping the car off, nobody was at the counter for about 15-20 minutes and I had to just wait there with no idea if anybody was coming or not. It was pretty difficult to understand the English (no arabic) of the staff members, especially when I called to ask to extend the booking. I couldn't understand how much extra it would be to extend for another day, so had to just accept whatever it would be the next day as the person could not communicate the cost to me. I have no idea if/when my credit card hold would be removed - these things were not communicated to me.

Overall, it was terrible! 1. After getting off the plane, I searched for the car rental stand for a long time. I had to call to find out that there was no separate counter; it was shared with others. There were no signs or prior notifications, so I spent a long time looking at the airport. After contacting them, I had to wait for a while. 2. The car's driving experience was mediocre. After driving for a day, I found that not only was the fuel tank not full when I received it, but there was barely any fuel at all.

The experience was very good with the new domestic car that had only 2000 kilometers on it. Compared to the old Japanese cars, it's on a completely different level. However, the car was not full of fuel when picked up, and there was some trash left inside.

The rental company doesn't have its own parking lot, and they parked the car in the airport parking lot. Shockingly, the tenants have to pay the parking fee! It totally tarnishes the 'rich' image of the Middle East!
