Initially, the company told us there was an issue with the car we chose and offered a downgraded Opel Crossland as a replacement, which we agreed to. However, upon arrival at the airport, we were presented with a red Citroën C4, claiming that the agreed Opel vehicle also had issues. The trunk of the Citroën couldn't fit the luggage for four people, forcing us to negotiate with the platform to switch to a same-class vehicle in Izmir. Although the process started with some complications, the trip became very enjoyable after switching cars. Finally, when picking up the car, take a 360-degree video to thoroughly document the car's condition to avoid any disputes when returning it.
