The arrival area has two levels; we usually exit the plane at the first floor and need to go up to the second floor to find gate 5. They prefer Visa cards without the UnionPay logo, but in practice, cards with the UnionPay logo work just as well. Overall, I am very satisfied. My basic English was not an issue as they use translation software to help you.

10 Awesom experience.Mr Azuan is awesome. He contacted me 2 weeks before my trip. He was very clear on the steps and procedures. The car was superb. It was super clean and in superb condition. Fresh out of the oven.
