10 smooth pick up and great trip alongvery professional
8.7 Good car rental experience via EasyRentCars.The pickup counter does not have the sign of “LOTTE” which caused a bit of confusion. If I am not wrong, it is “ Hertz” instead. Also, there is a machine for the customers to take queue number but it is placed at a corner. No one guide the customers to take queue number.

6 Process to solve the issue of a punctured tyre.The counter staff were not very fluent in English, leading to communication being slightly difficult. This was problematic especially as there were many things that we could not clarify. The guy who brought us to the car also did not explain much due to language barrier. Our tyre was punctured during our trip and we called the LOTTE RENT A CAR number that they provided for about at least 5 times, but no one answered the call. It was always engaged.

8.2 Process of booking online was fast and efficient.Like: Picking and returning the rental car was smooth. Very happy that there was an English speaking staff who attended to us.

10 "Excellent"The location is quite easy to find, not far from the airport. I initially thought I had to pick up the car at the airport, only to find out later that I had to take their shuttle bus to another location. The staff there were nice and their English was decent, so communication was not an issue. Make sure to print out the reservation document; I forgot mine and it took a while to sort out. The person who helped check the car was a middle-aged man, very nice and meticulous. The return process was quick with just a cursory check. Overall, this car rental experience was very pleasant, efficient, and the car was in good condition. Full 5 stars.
