10 "Excellent"Extremely kind and helpful staff. We were running late for our flight and they used a car to drive us to the airport instead of making us wait for the shuttle bus. Also, my elderly father left his sweater in the shop and they kindly helped us arrange delivery of it to Tokyo.

They explained very clearly what to watch out for when driving in Japan, and all the staff were really friendly and kind. I’ll definitely rent from them again next time. If you’re coming to Okinawa, I really recommend their cars – they’re not only new but also very fuel-efficient. Drove for four days and only spent about 100 on gas. Totally awesome! ^O^
