4 SCAM, BEWARETerrible experience. Total scam agency. Wouldn't accept my insurance even when I proved that it exceeded the required liability coverage. Charged me an extra $30/day for their insurance and also required me to pay $15/day for e-pass and didn't even include fees for tolls. Those extra fees more than tripled the cost of my rental. They deliberately made the service stressful to try to scam more money from me. Their emergency roadside assistance service left me in a very dangerous situation.

On the positive side, the car was in good condition, return was smooth, and when an insured accident happened, they processed the paperwork and provided a replacement car of the same model with no issues. On the negative side: the airport shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes, we waited 40 minutes for our car, and it wasn't ready even though we arrived an hour later than our scheduled pick-up time. We had to ask twice before they could locate the car. Other than that, everything else was alright and the prices were reasonable.- 6.3 Never again :)Got made to buy insurance that was twice as expensive as the car rental. They claim it’s because we booked through a third party and get bad rates. Extremely inefficient car pick up and drop off process - the person whole checks you in then takes you to the car before coming back and doing the next customer. Waited 90 minutes. Also had to wait for someone to inspect the car when dropping off - took around 45 minutes.
