Long queues but great staff when you go to the desk. Many dings in the car were not shown on the handover sheet but they were patient while we pointed them out. Just as well as they went through looking for damage in great detail when we returned the car at the end of the rental period. Car had done 80,000km but in great condition and drove well.

The staff for both pick-up and drop-off were nice, but returning the car was somewhat problematic as the parking lot lacked rental company signage. This caused us to circle around, exit the parking garage, and unnecessarily pay for parking.

The pick up process was slow. We had to wait for the car for 25 minutes. The car was beat up and we had to go over a lot of dents and kinks. The car wasn’t clean on the outside, and the Soundsystem didn’t work properly. The inspection up after the drop off, went OK.

The stuff in the desk are thieves!!! They charged $514 from my credit card when they took it for the deposit procedure. I asked twice what is the purpose of using my card, and they replied it is only for deposit in case I damage the car. Be aware- this is a fraud!!!

There wasn't much of a queue upon arrival. The explanation was fairly clear despite the counter staff's average English. Their attitude wasn't very enthusiastic, but they weren't overly pushy with sales either.

The car did not fully meet my expectations, because on my way to my destination the engine reduced power (and it was not clear why) and that is annoying when driving in the mountains. The staff was very committed and helpful. The last day I rented the car I saw that something hit the car, they had a look and were happy I reported this and did not charge me for that.

The car met my expectations, but finding the shuttle to the rental office was difficult with no signs for the Mex shuttle at the airport. It took over an hour at the office to get the car, and they insisted I pay extra for their insurance despite having AXA. They criticized AXA, saying claims would be delayed. They took many photos of the car and said I'd be liable for any damage. When returning the car, they seemed determined to find damage. They claimed a minor scratch on the right rear door, not in their original photos, but lighting and angles made it hard to verify. Their behavior left me very disappointed.

They are not at the airport. You have to wait for a shuttle that takes forever. They have all kinds of scams like charging you extra for the obligatory road tax sticker that is on every other rental car. Also they charge 25 EUR to CLEAN the car.

Car was great but everything else was a disaster. The stuff knew I was running late for a flight and found a way to extort money from me when I returned the vehicle. Now I know why their prices are so low. They make up that with crazy charges when you return the car. I have rented tons of vehicles over the years and I have never seen anything like this. It is absolutely crazy.

I would never use them again. Spent one hour waiting on bus station in Bulgaria for pick up (called them 3x) with our two kids (5 and 7). Once we got to the office they told us we have to pay additional 20 Euros per day! We were trapped and tired and ended with smaller car and paying additional 140 on top of our 85! We couldn’t believe the way this camping does business! So disappointed. Our vacation started so horribly because of this!

The service attitude was great, and the car pickup process was relatively fast. The car model was not the original Ford Focus I booked, but a Suzuki. The car condition didn't look very good, but it had no issues running and was quite fuel-efficient.

Due to flight rescheduling, QEEQ and the local store both called to confirm. They arranged for someone to wait until our flight arrived in the evening so that we could pick up the car smoothly. When returning the car, the designated parking lot was full. After communicating with QEEQ customer service, we parked in the regular airport parking area and the parking fee was waived. Fantastic service!
