Excellent service. However returning of vehicle is slightly time consuming as I had to wait 30 min for the employee to reach the place of handover. Would be easier for me to drive to their office rather than airport?

I called the company as instructed when I cane out from the restrict area. Firstly, they claimed no booking under my name. After I told them the booking reference number, they asked to wait for a while. After two more calls, the car arrived 50 minutes later.

It wasn't Holiday, it was Hertz. The car we got was completely different from what was promised. We booked a small van but ended up with a Toyota Sienna, and the price was significantly higher. We accidentally scratched it a bit, no dents, something that would cost at most ¥400 to fix in mainland, but they charged us 6800 NTD, around ¥1500. The rental company refused to file an insurance claim. The experience was terrible, and I'll never use Zuzuche again.

The vehicle was brand new with just over 6,000 kilometers on it. The car was in great condition. There was a dedicated person for pickup and drop-off, so no need to wait in line. The service was fast and attentive.
