La atención del mostrador pésima Poco amable ,no se molestó de explicar lo necesario. La clasificó con 1 a Maribel Nos hizo pasar a lavar el auto porque cobran 30.000 por limpiarlo creo que el lavado debe estar en el precio

The staff gave us a car that had no air-conditioning working. We had to spend 2-3 hours total resolving this issue. After we got the new car, we got a punctured tire while driving on a highway. We had to get this repaired ourselves and chilean did not even compensate us. Overall poor quality vehicle and bad experience.

Terrible car rental service. Due to a flight delay, I contacted the rental platform 4 hours in advance to delay the car pickup. When I arrived at Kamala Airport around 2:30 PM, the place was deserted. Other car rental companies had staff, but this one was completely empty. The posted contact number went unanswered, and I had to keep contacting the platform. The platform informed me that they had been unable to reach the rental company for the past 4 hours. After a long flight of more than ten hours, I had to wait at the car rental counter for over 2 hours and still didn't get the car. To make matters worse, the rental company and the platform delayed the refund process endlessly. This is beyond terrible.

El ptoceso de devolucion es extrmadamaente lento. Deben revisar el auto, hacer papaeleo y volver a ingresar la trajeta de pago. Muy lento el proceso de devolucion. De no ir con tiempo, puerdo el vuelo
