11 Car Rental Brands in Bogota, Colombia

Received over a thousand RMB fine after returning the car. Attached two photos: at the traffic intersection, green light, the car was passing the crosswalk. There were vehicles in front and behind, and no pedestrians on the crosswalk. They claimed it was a violation. The traffic fine deducted more than a thousand RMB. Also, when exchanging the car, I was told the deposit would be refunded immediately, but it still hasn't been returned even after almost a month.

The car they provided us wasn't allowed to drive the day we got it! so we needed to stay another night in Bogota in order to use it the day after; ridicules.

The airport office was closed and the currency people next door had to phone Alamo to say I had arrived. Pick up about 10 mins but took 20 mins to get to office in Marriot Hotelas a long way round on road. although Martin did not speak much English we managed. Everything in Colombia takes longer than Canada. Drop off much quicker.
