They charged me additional fees for 136$ they told this amount is refundable after you drop off the car, they take the money and they said no this amount is not refundable at all, I have the contract and nothing mentioned there! I will never recommend Avis for anyone

I had a late-night flight. After arriving, I used the airport Wi-Fi to check travel guides and hotels. The car rental staff was looking for me in the airport hall with my name late at night. Very dedicated.

They should make proper check up on the car as the battery shut down while driving ! Budget Representitive managed to replace. The value of money is very expensive compared with the car I rented !

This has nothing to do with Shouqi, the actual rental company is the well-known Europcar. However, upon landing and arriving at the counter, I waited for over half an hour with no one at the desk, which was quite frustrating. I can understand being busy, but everything else was okay.
