There were no clear signs at the airport, making it difficult to locate the store, and in fact, there was no physical store. I had to make several phone calls. During the car pickup process, the staff kept pushing for full insurance. After careful consideration and taking into account the local conditions, I decided to purchase the full insurance. Yes, that's right, full insurance! But the most unbelievable part was when I returned the car. The staff claimed there was a new scratch on the right-side door (a minor scratch) and insisted on deducting the claim from the authorization, saying I hadn’t reported it immediately beforehand. I've seen many ridiculous things, but this was beyond belief! Additionally, for a globally recognized car rental brand, the regular maintenance of their vehicles is not up to standard: the side mirrors couldn’t properly fold or unfold.
