When I arrived at the airport, there was no pick-up sign as promised. I had to call before someone came, which wasted some time. The car provided at first was smaller than the one I had booked. When I requested the same model, the vehicle condition was quite poor. Later, I paid extra to switch cars, but after driving for a day, the tire pressure warning light came on, and I had to find someone to fix it myself. Moreover, the car was given with an empty fuel tank!

The car was fine, almost brand-new, but the rental company was very unreliable: 1. The location of the rental company was incorrect—not inside the airport. You have to contact their staff to pick you up; 2. After confirming the car was returned in good condition, they charged additional fees arbitrarily. They converted the deposit pre-authorization into a payment, did not refund it, and sent another settlement invoice a month later asking for extra rental fees (which had already been fully paid) and a traffic violation fine (the company charges €100, but the local traffic law only requires an equivalent of ¥200); 3. Communication was extremely slow. The settlement invoice was issued a month after the rental order ended, and addressing the overcharging took another month. Resolving any issue feels like it takes months, as if they are using snail mail as a communication method. The money still hasn't been refunded, leaving an overall impression of poor service.

The staff was a bit impatient when I couldn't understand what they were saying, but everything else was pretty good. The car didn't have a remote door lock, which was inconvenient. The headlights were quite dim, so it's better to avoid driving at night.

The company discovered a new scratch on the chassis, which I confirmed was not caused by me. Upon reflection, it might have been caused by hotel parking staff, but there was no way to verify this. The company demanded compensation of 150 JD, about 1500 RMB, an exorbitant amount. Their attitude was rude and extremely unreasonable.

When booking through QEEQ, it mentioned that someone would hold a sign to pick us up at the airport and take us to the rental location, but no one was there. We had to call the rental company, and they sent a car to pick us up. Although the staff at the rental company were not very talkative, they were professional and efficient, which is commendable in a generally low-efficiency country like Jordan. However, the car was quite old.

1. The car was very old, with over 140,000 kilometers on it, and the brakes would hit the ground with slight pressure. Driving in Jordan, which is mostly mountainous, felt unsafe and uncomfortable because of this. 2. I had already paid online before departure, but when I arrived at the store, they asked me to pay again, and the amount was 60 RMB higher than the online payment. 3. When returning the car, they claimed I had a traffic violation and insisted I pay cash on the spot. Even though they held a 10,000 RMB deposit from me, they didn’t provide any receipts or evidence for the violation. Later, I discovered the car owner was attempting to scam me, as they couldn’t provide proof of the fine. It was only after I threatened to report them to the police that they refunded the money. 4. With a 10,000 RMB deposit taken, I am now concerned about whether I will get my deposit back, given the bad practices of the rental company owner. 5. The service from Zuzuche was excellent, with timely responses and problem-solving. The duplicate payment issue has already been resolved and refunded.

The booking showed that the store is near the airport, but in reality, it's only available in the city center, so you need to plan your time precisely (rental terms state that the company can cancel your order even if you're one minute late). The boss sent someone to pick us up, and the actual store location is 30 minutes from the airport. I reserved an automatic car, but they provided a manual one. After informing them that I couldn't drive a manual, they found an automatic car for us. The fuel gauge had issues—it fluctuated between two bars and full during the inspection, but once we drove off, it indicated that the tank was empty (which was the actual fuel level). At the time of pickup, I explicitly stated that I would return the car to the same location. However, the store was closed at the time of return. I called the boss, who said we either had to wait for someone to collect the keys and then proceed to the airport ourselves, or drive to the airport and give the keys to his friend. Overall, this rental company is extremely unreliable.

The staff are not friendly, and misconduct, There is no respect in dealing, I can say that it is a totally bad experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The competitive price is not at the expense of good service, In the end I paid over payments that are not right.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with Arena. The car was in a very bad shape, barely any power steering, power windows not working, hub caps falling off, scratches everywhere. That was only the start since the people working at Arena are compulsive liars and will want to steel from you. Beware are stick with the bigger companies like Budget, Avis etc.

Once you get you land at Queen Alia Airport, call the number provided for ARENA, because it will take them at least 15 minutes to drive to the Arrivals terminal to pick you up. The ARENA staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly. I reserved one of the cheaper size cars and it drove perfectly fine for me. Be aware that ARENA will block significantly more on your credit card than the rental cost, similar to what many hotels do. This is not a big issue for me, other than it is a little annoying to have to wait 2 weeks for the proper amount to be credited back to my card. Overall I had a good experience with ARENA, and I would recommended them to others.

Like: We hired car from airport. Staff friendly. We took wifi along with car. Hence we didn't face problem while travelling. They gave us Sunny new car. Car is good condition and we didn't face problem. While returning also staff also friendly. Overall it is good.
Dislike: They didn't give receipt while after handover of the car. They told no need of the receipt . Money which we deposited is reversed. They bank statement receipt. Hope we will not face any problem. Also when we took car petrol was 1 level. We were expecting full level. When we informed them, they filled 3 level and gave. It was ok.

There was a bit of hassle when returning the car; they said it was dirty. After arguing a bit, they stopped making a fuss. We didn’t check the rented GPS carefully, and its charging cable didn’t work. We couldn’t find a suitable cable at the hotel, but luckily, the electric toothbrush cable worked. Later, we decided against returning the car to a different location, which turned out convenient. Overall satisfied, this is probably how it is in Jordan.

The promised airport pick-up didn't show up initially; I had to call them to come. When I paid the remaining amount, they mentioned that using a Visa card would incur high fees, so they suggested I pay in cash. It was already past 11 PM, so I didn't think much and paid in cash. It turned out I overpaid by around 130 RMB. They also tried to sell me insurance, saying that even a small scratch would cost me 500 USD because car repairs are expensive in Jordan, which wasn't a pleasant experience.
