Like: We hired car from airport. Staff friendly. We took wifi along with car. Hence we didn't face problem while travelling. They gave us Sunny new car. Car is good condition and we didn't face problem. While returning also staff also friendly. Overall it is good.
Dislike: They didn't give receipt while after handover of the car. They told no need of the receipt . Money which we deposited is reversed. They bank statement receipt. Hope we will not face any problem. Also when we took car petrol was 1 level. We were expecting full level. When we informed them, they filled 3 level and gave. It was ok.

A very professional company. Although it's a bit far from the airport, the pick-up and drop-off service was extremely fast. The two guys handling the pick-up and return were very friendly, which shows it's not just individual staff being nice, but the company's overall friendly culture. The store is located at a gas station, so refueling before returning the car is super convenient, and the vehicle inspection process was quick as well.

Be cautious with this rental company. They claimed I had a traffic violation and insisted on cash payment but refused to provide any violation record. Fortunately, I firmly asked them to deduct it from the deposit, and it turned out there was no violation. I almost got scammed out of $100.

Once you get you land at Queen Alia Airport, call the number provided for ARENA, because it will take them at least 15 minutes to drive to the Arrivals terminal to pick you up. The ARENA staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly. I reserved one of the cheaper size cars and it drove perfectly fine for me. Be aware that ARENA will block significantly more on your credit card than the rental cost, similar to what many hotels do. This is not a big issue for me, other than it is a little annoying to have to wait 2 weeks for the proper amount to be credited back to my card. Overall I had a good experience with ARENA, and I would recommended them to others.

The staff are not friendly, and misconduct, There is no respect in dealing, I can say that it is a totally bad experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The competitive price is not at the expense of good service, In the end I paid over payments that are not right.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with Arena. The car was in a very bad shape, barely any power steering, power windows not working, hub caps falling off, scratches everywhere. That was only the start since the people working at Arena are compulsive liars and will want to steel from you. Beware are stick with the bigger companies like Budget, Avis etc.

The cars' tyiers were in very bad condition, even the spare one was also broken. I fixed the tyiers twice during the rent time. I was promised to get another car but didn't happen. The car condition other than the tyiers was fine.

There was a bit of hassle when returning the car; they said it was dirty. After arguing a bit, they stopped making a fuss. We didn’t check the rented GPS carefully, and its charging cable didn’t work. We couldn’t find a suitable cable at the hotel, but luckily, the electric toothbrush cable worked. Later, we decided against returning the car to a different location, which turned out convenient. Overall satisfied, this is probably how it is in Jordan.
