The car's Bluetooth required a USB cable connection—luckily, I brought one with me. Contacted at the airport for car pickup, the car was upgraded, and the staff was very friendly. Communication through WhatsApp was relatively convenient. When returning the car, I couldn't find their office. It’s recommended to return the car directly at the airport and inform them in advance through the app for a smoother process. There were some additional charges during the return, which I didn't calculate in detail. The parking fee of 40 AED needs to be paid by you.
