Pick up and drop off were both a smooth process. Florence is a busy location so worth allowing at least 30-60mins to collect your car.

I have waited 45 minutes at the desk to talk with the employee. I have paid at the desk around 500 euros for all risks insurance (theft not included), which is very expensive. Insurance should be around 10 or 20% of the rental rate value not more.. I had no options so I paid it but am unhappy and won’t rent there again.

Big shock at the final price. Double what I had been quoted. Staff not that helpful at Bologna.

Like: During the course of pick up and drop off, we spoke to 5 people and all were polite, personable and friendly. It really made a difference. Great job team!
